I would do it every other day after my period and then once it hit fertile week we only did it the last 3 days, skipped a day then did it again. Also buy the fertile sticks, they help a lot and tell you when it's time. Also start looking at your CM when it's super sticky and clear jump in bed right away and do it for atleast 2 days.

Keep going longer into your fertile window and even a day or two after! Especially since glow is just predicting your ovulation it could be later! (Mine is usually day 16) so if I followed this I would always miss it! (Which I unknowingly did for the first 4 months ttc!)
