Just a small rant

I live in the suburbs and recently someone evidently has moved in our neighborhood that has roosters. Well, they obviously dont have them contained very well because we have seen it roaming our street this pass week. Well at 5:45 this morning, Mr. Rooster decides to crow under my window and give me an unwanted wake up call. It doesnt attack anyone, so it is not a menace but i am cocerned with the fact that it might get hit on the busy streets or someone's dog getting to it. Why would someone bring a rooster to the city is weird to me but if i get woke up again, im going to lose my mind!
