Needing help...

I'm an independent person, never want or ask for help with anything... But, I have to say I am so thankful for my mom tonight!! She came over to visit- little guy will be four weeks Thursday... I think she sensed how overwhelmed we were... From lack of consistent sleep, I'm exclusively pumping, and now have a clogged duct I'm trying to dislodge... Also had a 4th degree tear from delivery and still not healed. Hubby went back to work and came home feeling very under the weather today (so not like him- think he needs some good sleep). Mom made me dinner, is sleeping over and on baby duty tonight so I can get some sleep. I still have to wake up to pump, but I am so grateful .... And realizing it's OK to ask for/ accept the help.
