Yay again I'm proud!

It's not even 1030 and my morning workout walk is done. Pushed a little harder today. Not by much. 10 mins on walker jogger, then 10 mins on normal walker and 20 squats! I walked moderate speed, so I néw I wasn't over doing it! Last two months are fitness ! :) ❤ 💋 feeling good. Now walks later, and after dinner ! :)
