How did natural birth/labor feel for you?

Hi there!🙋🏾 FTM here and I want to ask you guys who have been through natural delivery, exactly how you would describe the pain you go through . I know it's an "indescribable" feeling but was wondering if any of you would like to try. At 38 weeks and planning on "trying" to go natural, I'd love some adjectives to help prepare me atleast a tiny bit for what's to come😩.
For example, I've heard it's like your worst menstrual cramps ever on steroids. Are they stabbing pains? Are they giant waves of giant cramps? Is it like someone squeezing each of your organs? Is all the pain in you torso or is it a whole body torture? At what point in centimeter dilation was it the most unbearable?

Anyone wanna take a stab at describing it for me?

I had an almost 10lb baby all natural! The pain is unreal. Do you ever get a "Charlie horse" in your leg? Contractions are kinda like that, but the pain is 50x worse and engulfs your entire body. Early labor feels like horrid menstrual cramps...but once your water breaks the pain gets crazy. It's not easily described. I had to scream through mine. I couldn't hold it in. I will be the most painful thing you'll probably ever experience but you CAN do it! Women have been having natural births since the beginning of time. It's what we're built for. After it's all done and you're holding your sweet baby you'll forget about the pain. Plus for me, having an unmedicated birth kind of gave me a sense of pride and power. Like if I could do that, I can do anything! Our bodies are amazing! Good luck to you! You got this! :)
