I am due to have my third c-section in four weeks and I'm not looking forward to the uncomfortable giant panties I'm forced to wear after I run out of those ugly, yet heavenly mesh ones! I've been lookin for something that will keep me together and give me the added support and incision protection and keep coming across the c-panty and was wondering if spending the $40 a pair was worth it?  Any mommas use them? And would you say yay or nay?  Thanks so much in advance!!
