Any advice before 4D?

Sugar no sugar? 
Full bladder empty bladder? 
Eat don't eat? 
Anyone have any advice on how to get the best picture?

Most important thing is to make sure you are fully hydrated. So lots of water, maybe some apple or orange juice, and they recommend eating something beforehand.

Hot Cheetos & apple juice! I have the most stubborn little man for 3 ultrasounds he would never turn no matter what. I ate this before my 4d and it worked like a charm. He actually wouldn't stop moving lol

Eat make sure you have an empty bladder sugar I don't think matters I had a strawberry sundae before mine and my son stayed still.

Coffee. That's the only thing that worked for me. Not a ton of it though. Also empty bladder and take something sweet to eat there in case baby still is being stubborn. Good luck🍀
