I fell but I'm okay

I tripped and fell in the grass and landed on my hands and knees. I'm okay but the people I'm with think I need to tell my doc. I feel fine (besides my ego😭) and I didn't land on my stomach at all. Should I tell the doc right now or just mention it at my next appointment?
