How soon did your next period come? Or did you find out you were pregnant again? 
After birth, did you take more precaution on becoming pregnant again?

How soon your period comes back will depend on whether or not you breastfeed. That being said there's not really a specific time it's just when your body decides

I bled imediatly after birth for a week or 2 then28 days later had my regular period

I exclusively breastfed my son until he was 16 months old but got my period back when he was 11 months old.

Mine came 12 weeks after & I was EBF. It just depends on your body.

I breastfeed and I got my period when my son was 12 weeks. I'm back to my normal 25 day cycle. Ugh.
