Nausea
I'm 4 weeks and 2 days preggo with my first. I started experiencing nausea this week especially around lunch time. Finding it hard to eat. Anyone know of good websites that help with food options? I want to make sure I'm getting the baby what it needs but also don't want to get sick because that doesn't help either! Thanks!
