SPD coming back at 17 weeks..
Anyone deal with symphysis pubis dysfunction? I had it with my son, where my pubic bone popped every time I'd roll over. Well, now I'm getting the sore pelvic bone and hips/back are killing me. I was really hoping it wouldn't come back, but it did :( guess I need to invest in a pelvic support belt. Blah...
