For us depends what we go out for.  We have separate bank accounts so sometimes he pays sometimes I pay.  Depending on where we go sometimes I drive sometimes he drives.

We own a company together, so whoever has the money in their wallet at the time. It's all shared. 😉 But before when I wasn't apart of the company and we were just dating, he always paid. He's old fashioned.

Right now I'm not working so he pays, but as soon as I'm working I'd love to take him out.
