I took clomid for the first time this cycle. I took 50mg on days 3-7. I ovulated on day 14. My dr told me not to start testing for ovulation until day 10 cause you can get a false positive.

You typically ovulate between 5-10 days after you take your last pill and you should start taking OPKs 3-4 days after your last pill because clomid can give you false positive OPKs. Hope this helps!

We can't tell you when your body is going to ovulate or how close you are. I'm on Clomid and I get those same lines for 7-13 days. I ovulate way later because of the Clomid. Its kind of more of a pain than what its worth honestly. I don't ovulate until CDs19-22. I hate it. Hopefully I'll be able to get a new kind of medication and get off of this shit. My 4th round of misery from side effects lol. Be careful with it. Expect to ovulate late.
