Everyone being touchy!

So I'm only 7 weeks but everyone seems to want to touch my belly. I'm a very private person and I barely even hug my own mom. Most people don't even ask if it's okay to touch they just do it. It makes me uncomfortable and I have severe anxiety. I don't know what to do. Help?
