Just tell him. There's times when my boyfriend wants sex and I'm not in the mood and all I do is say not now or not today. I usually kiss him to make sure he knows it's nothing personal. And he does the same when he's not in the mood and I am. Honestly if he can't respect and be ok with you not being in the mood for sex all the time then he's not the right guy.
