Should i call my doctor?

I am 27.6 weeks and I felt fine all day althought ive had some cramps that felt like period cramps off and on.. but now i randomly  feel nauseous, dizzy/light headed,  cramps and hot flashes..

Usually cramps are normal but if you're bleeding heavily with the cramps then that's not good. You could be dehydrated. But if it'll make you feel better to go in than go in! Better safe than sorry!
