Mom haircut?

Has anybody went for the mom cut yet? My hair is so long and LO just pulls it out in clumps all the time! I want to but scared. Let's see those mom cuts before/after!

I don't have a good before as I wore my hair up a lot but I got this cut when my daughter was 2 months and it's finally long enough to put in a bun where she can't grab it
