So I am right at 37 weeks and I went to the hospital this past Saturday for contractions and because I thought my water was leaking well I'm not leaking water but did find out I was 2cm dilated already. Went to the doctor yesterday for contractions and pressure and found out I am now 3cm dilated and from what I know is that here in Nc if you're 4cm they have the admit you to hospital just in case because labor can progress faster I'm just wondering is there anything I can do to help dilate a little bit more? I am having horrible contractions and pressure all down there and ready for her to be here
