IUGR (32w5d)
Anyone else have IUGR? (Intrauterine growth restriction)
I have GD so went to a growth scan because they worry about big babies, only to find out mine is way too tiny. I'm 32 weeks 5 days and my son is in the 3rd percentile for size.
Some women just have small babies but for me it turns out that there is something wrong with the blood flow through the umbilical cord so he's not getting enough nutrition and it's a severe case.
They told me they'd aim for 37 weeks for induction but to be prepared at any time during my twice weekly NSTs to go up and deliver if the results aren't good.
My first NST is tomorrow and I'm so nervous. :(
