We are looking into moving and I found 2 places they're both 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom but one is an apartment no washer and dryer and it's $895 a month and the square footage is around 700 . The other is a duplex and it is $945 a month and it has washer and dryer hookups and the square footage of that one is around 1000 so Idk which one and the other difference is the apartment is in the middle of everything lots of stores close by and the duplex is also around stores but maybe like 10 to 15 minutes away so which one should we go for? One other thing is we have kids so Idk which would be better ?
