idk if i have a yeast infection i have never had one, i know when I'm ovulating cause of the discharge & obviously my glow app! but how can you tell if you have a yeast infection? i ask because i have been on a sweets crave lately 😖😔

It will itch, can burn during urination, and the discharge is like cottage cheese. Depending on what your symptoms are you could also have bv which is alot more common than people think. Vaginal medications and prescription meds never worked for either with me. I would get rid of one and get the other. I started taking probiotics specifically for vaginal health and ate yogurt. I have never been back to normal so fast

I had a yeast infection once. It was extremely  itchy and the discharge looked like cottage cheese. (So gross but true)
