Just wondering if anyone had any signs or symptoms before being diagnosed with gestational diabetes, if so what were they?

I may just be freaking myself out, I'm a FTM so I'm not sure what's normal or not. I've gained a good bit of weight this month, haven't been eating any different than before pregnancy, notice occasional increased thirst for a few minutes and this morning for about 5-10 minutes I was so thirsty and my heart was racing (107bpm) and I felt a little short of breath, but then it just went away.
