Bradley method
Has anyone used the Bradley method and if so, what were your thoughts on it? Was it useful and would you recommend it, or no?
Please note: if your comment is "I can't believe you'd try for a natural, med-free birth, you're crazy," please don't respond. I've had enough comments like that in my own family circle. I'm looking for honest feedback, even if it's negative, but what I don't need is just plain negativity.
