Itchy

Hey ladies, so for around two days now I have had an itchy lady's part. I recently had intercourse two days ago and the day after it started to itch. No burning when I urinate and no pain during sex, yet it is so itchy I cannot focus. I have applied vagisl itch cream to it but that has not worked, any ideas?
