Question for girls who :.

Have tattoos, I have one on my bicep and was recently in the sun for a while and my shoulders got burnt.. Now my tattoo is bubbling (I've had it got a year) could it be from the sun and will go away or isn't something else ?? I've never had this happen with any of my other ones
