Cramps??

My lower stomach has been hurtting all day but this morning it wasn't that bad now it feels really bad like if I'm on my period or something I took an ovulation test and it's positive so is this lower stomach pain from ovulation??

Yes it is. I'm going thru the same thing as well! I googled it and did some research. It's bc ur ovulating and some woman feel it when they ovulate and some woman don't.

I would say so yes, if you've tested and it's positive I couldn't see any other issue.
