Hair stylist mommas

So... I went in to get my hair dyed black to blue ombre. I had red hair, they put the black and blue over the red. There is no blue ombre whatsoever. I mean, it doesn't look bad:/ but I wanted blue...

How do I fix this myself? I'm seriously SO tired of having people fuck up my hair. I just got extensions, they fucked it up. I get my hair dyed, they fucked it up. I'm not spending no more money on salons who don't know what they are doing.
