My friends think I'm crazy!

My fiancé and I have been together for 8 years. My friends think that I should not be doing what he says. I.e cooking for him cleaning. I did work up until recently now that I'm on leave I just feel like I should be doing whatever I can possible to make his life easier because he's now responsible for all the bill including two car notes. I think it's completely fine to cater to him and my son. What do think ladies? Any ladies that are like me and do what ever they can for their bf so or husband? I just think that I'm being what a woman is supposed to be to a man.
