Labor? Help!

So yesterday (40+4) I had pelvic pains and back pains. So I told the hubby let's have sex tonight and see if it gets this started. We finished at 9:30pm. I woke up around 12:30am with wicked cramps. Went pee and got my bloody show. I've been sitting here ever since with wicked cramps that start in my lower back and wrap around to my lower stomach. Like hard core period cramps. They last 30 seconds and have been coming every 5 minutes. I've tried taking a shower, didn't help. I'm not sure if they stay painful when I move around or if its worse. My hubby said we can go to L&D but he has a 10 year old daughter who lives with us and I'd hate to wake her up at 3:30am and find a place for her to go if this isn't actual labor! Any input or advice on if this is actual labor and what I should do?!!!
