Hip pain, I'm in tears!

Hi ladies I'm almost 13 weeks and for the past couple of days I've been having mild lower back/left hop pain but last night I did something to my hip and now I'm literally in tears from pain. Can barely walk, can't sit, I'm just here laying down on my couch in exgushieting pain. Before tjis pain started I walked up the stairs and I felt sharp pain in the hip. I'm hurting pretty bad. Should I go to the ER or call my doctor??
