Ultrasound

So I'm 14 weeks today and still have not received an ultrasound. And I'm not scheduled for one on my next prenatal appointment on June 22nd. When will I most likely get one. I stay in NC and go to a women's life center. I heard they were good but I'm ready to check on my baby and see him or her so bad :(
