Dreaming of TWIN BOYS. But, I only have one and have yet to know the sex.

I had a dream that I had twin boys. One was bigger than the other because he liked to be breastfeed and the other one liked bottle fed. But both were drinking my milk. I was manually pumping milk. It was so weird seeing myself do that and my boobs were HUGE. The smaller baby looked like he was malnourished and pre-term he looked kind of sick and had tubes in his nose. I was so confused like why my babies were like that and I even tried to breastfeed the small baby to make him bigger but he just didn't want it. And idk I think the bigger baby name was Adam? Lol the smaller one didn't have a name. I also felt like I forgot about the smaller one or forgot to breastfeed them because I was working a lot. I wanted to bond with them but I was bottle feeding both in the beginning. Idk kinda confusing.
