Sleep help
I am normally a GREAT sleeper. I can go to bed at 10:30 and sleep the night through until about 8:30. As of recently I haven't been able to sleep soundly. I wake up around 5 almost in a panic. Then throughout the rest of the day I am exhausted and just feeling anxious.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I am only 7 weeks pregnant... Is this going to be my new "normal"??
