No hiccups? Should I be concerned???

I have read that when you feel your baby hiccup it's a sign of a healthy baby. I unfortunately have yet to feel him hiccup. He is moving constantly though. Should I be worried? I'm sure if it was a big deal my doctor would be counting and making sure I fee him hiccup instead of move. Maybe he is? I just can't tell the difference between him moving and hiccuping. But has anybody else went this long without feeling your baby hiccup? I am 7 months.
