Dizziness...

Anyone else suffering or has experienced dizziness? I had it so bad at like 1:00am I almost fainted, my boyfriend caught me and took me to the doctor... The physician ran test etc and said that I need to eat more, but I try and eat as often as I can as the nausea friend is here also ... Ugh pregnancy is so beautiful but gosh us mom's go through so much... Stay encouraged ladies :)
