Do you still ovulate if you haven't been getting your period?

My cycles have been pretty irregular my whole life. It's been 60 days since my last period. Maybe it's the changing of the seasons or something. I've been having cramps this whole time and it feels like my period is about to come. I'm not pregnant but is it still be possible to conceive when you haven't been getting a period? Can you ovulate multiple times before getting a period? Any other info would help.. Irregular periods suck because pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms are basically the same!
