15weeks 1 day gender scan

I had a gender scan and the lady said the cord was between the legs so couldn't get a bum shot but said she thought it was a boy she gave us the picture of how she sexed him but I'm struggling to see! This is a side shot of what is supposed to be his willy but it looks like a leg to me
