Help?!?!? Ultrasound

Went to the er with light bleeding no cramping. Doc did an ultrasound over my stomach. I should be about 4 weeks. He said my uterus looks like what he expects a 5 week uterus to look like. So I snuck this pic when he was gone cause he didn't show me....do we see a sac????

Don't worry yourself sweetie! I went in for cramping and called the next day bc i didn't remember what was said. The nurse told me my uterus was empty, no sac no embryo. Went to what was supposed to be 7 w 2 days u/s and they only saw a gestational sac and yolk sac. They said i was measuring a week behind. Thought the baby stopped growing. Went in the next week and baby had showed up with a heartbeat. Just try and stay calm atl that stress isn't good for or baby. Prayers for you and that everything grows.

This was my ultrasound at 5 weeks and 6 days. Top dot is fetal pole and lower dot is yolk sac.

I actually don't. Never got any pictures until 11 weeks. The hospital dosnt give out pictures here unless they are planned visits

U may not see anything until 6 weeks but don't ask me I have no clue wat to look for or wat I am looking at in ultrasounds
