So I know an increase in discharge is common in pregnancy but the last few days whenever I haven't been wearing a pad, I have had two distinct patches of wetness in my underwear. TMI, but one seems where my vagina would sit and the other one is further up where my urine would come out. Do you think this could be some discharge and some urine? Just seems odd that I would have two separate patches? Any ideas? Many thanks
