Baby making!

Hello ladies, my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant since February and still know such luck, I am 23 he is 22. I am starting to get put off about the whole thing as we got pregnant with out first child the first month we tried. I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies had any advice or tips? Could really use some right about now :/
