AF never made her appearance

Please help !! I get my cycle every 30 days well last month I had AF for 14 days long between spotting and bleeding now !! 
Anyways tested at 9 DPO and this is what happend !! 
Then tested at 11 DPO and this is what happend 
I don't know what to think I'm guessing I'm out this month pretty much right since blood work is negative but have to re test if I am pregnant I be just 4 weeks !! Help and any feedback be appricated 😘💛
