I'm 31 weeks and I've lost 6 pounds within 3 weeks.

I was told I should be gaining 1 pound a week now. So should I be concerned. I've been getting sick at least once a day or night the past few weeks. I just can't afford to be put on bed rest. I know his head is already down but that doesn't mean I'll go into early labor right?
