Pumping and dumping is a myth. If you have a few drinks and you are buzzed, wait until you are sober and then pump. If you have to pump because your boobs are about to explode and you're feeling buzzed, then you pump and dump. As long as you can wait to pump until you are sober then the milk is good to go. They do sell testing strips but they can be highly inaccurate.

Its like 1 drink every 2 hours if I'm not mistaken or aomething like that

If you have more than one drink then you just have to pump out the next feeding. If you want to be sure it never hurts to get those testing strips
