What do you pack in the diaper bag

FTM and anxious to fill up my diaper bag. What kinda stuff do you mama's keep in the bag? Sorry I'm clueless 🙃

Diapers, wipes, pacifer, diaper rash cream, LO xtra outfit, mom xtra shirt, breast pads, bottles formula, burping cloth, swaddle blanket, and germ x

I also add my portable phone charger, tampons, this strap thing that can be used to make a temp bib or hold a blanket to the stroller or pretty much anything else, hair tie, plastic bag, kleenex.
I don't carry a purse at all anymore since I never go anywhere without kids.
