Late again

Help! Need to know if anyone else has these problems. My periods for the last year have been all over the shot and as the year goes on they are getting worse. I have now gone 50 days without a period before that was 43. I'm always so bloated. And most of the time feeling week and sick. I've done pregnancy tests and I'm not. Pregnant. I am going to the doctors tomorrow. But does anyone else this!
