When to tell new boss

So I'm 19 weeks and I just got hired at a new job 2 days ago. I'm waitressing at this little restaurant and my boss and co-worker all seem great, we all click really well! But I didn't tell them I am pregnant and I'm not sure when or how I should. Any tips?

I'd wait unless there's something you can't do because of pregnancy like lifting over 10lbs or using harsh chemicals. Some restaurants don't even technically "hire" you until you're done with training so you don't want to get "fired" for no reason. You really have no legal obligation to tell them. It's better to wait until you plan on quitting or taking maternity leave if they allow that or if you have restrictions because of your pregnancy
