It all started at 4:30 AM 6/11/16 I was about to go pee when my water broke.  I called out to my boyfriend, we were all excited I was still leaking and ended up going through 2 shorts,  underwear and a pad. We got to hospital around 5 they checked and said I was 2 cm dilated which I already had been that since my appt the Monday before. They admitted me and gave me a room. Around 8 they started pictocin and the contractions started hurting real bad and soon they were getting closer together. Finally around 11 I had not dilated more so I gave in and asked for an epidural. I was so upset I really wanted all natural. So it took a long time for epidural and finally got it and felt amazing. My mom, grandma and aunt came with my step son. I got checked again and was only at 3 cm. the doctor said his head was very high up they would give me a few more hours and then a c section would be best. So finally after 6:30 they checked and I had made it to 4 cm... I was disappointed, I knew a c section was best. So we all got prepared at this point I started having problem with the blood pressure device and was not happy. They told everyone in my family to go wait because I needed to rest. I got prepped for c section and then taken to room for surgery. Everything was ok I was uncomfortable and as soon as I heard baby cry I blacked out and don't remember anything till I was cleened up and taken to room.
