what do you guys do for this? I put some of my nipple cream on her lips and it seems to have helped, but they were really bad 😢 any suggestions?

It probably isn't dehydration, my daughter had it too. Put whatever is coming out of your breasts on it as well as your lanolin cream. Do it every few hours and she should be golden within two days.
