Prego psychic???

My roommate is currently pregnant and she knows the my husband and I are ttc and she says she thinks I'm already pregnant. Can pregnant women really tell, or is she just trying to get my hopes up???

I'm pregnant and do not have that ability. However the lady at work who thinks she's psychic. Said I wasn't pregnant even though I had just tested again and there was a clear line. I showed her and she still said I wasn't. Now however she's claiming she knew it was a girl I'm having before my scan. The same pregnancy she said I wasn't pregnant ha. Needless to say I don't believe.
