Elle too close to Bella?

I was set on naming my little one Elle. She is due in October and my husband has vetoed a lot of names. He didn't say much about this one at first, but then mentioned yesterday, "so you want to name the baby after [our friend's] dog?" They have a 2 year old pitbull that they named Bella. I didn't even think about that until he said it and now I'm falling out of love with the name 😕. The name will be pronounced "L" and not "el-lee". Is it too similar to their dog's name? 😩
